A beautiful blend of vanilla, bergamot and basil. The bergamot and basil balance the sweetness of the vanilla.
We made it to take the edge off cooking smells, and that is where the name came from. Customers had other ideas: Mt Cook, Cooks Beach, the Cook Strait. All good with us.
Hand-poured into glass we collect from local wineries and breweries, then de-label, cut and polish ourselves in our Warkworth studio.
